At NTH, inclusion isn’t just a core value we talk about—it’s one we live. This week, we had the honor of celebrating Ramadan together through a meaningful Iftar gathering organized by our staff.
This year’s event went beyond breaking the fast. Several employees shared the customs and traditions their families and communities observe during Ramadan, offering insight into the cultural richness behind the holy month. We heard personal stories and perspectives from different parts of the world—highlighting the diversity within our own team.
The event sparked great conversation, thoughtful questions, and deeper connections. As the sun set, we gathered for a shared meal—symbolizing not just the end of a day of fasting, but also the togetherness that Iftar brings.
