Mr. Mohammed offers six years of experience in structural engineering, asset management, condition assessment, and engineering support during construction. Prior to joining NTH Consultants, Mr. Mohammed served as a Civil Engineer and Assistant Estimator for a design team in a construction company overseas. In that role, he managed to inspect structural elements of multi-storied reinforced concrete buildings. During his time at NTH Consultants, Mr. Mohammed performed above and below ground structural inspections, and property condition assessments using non-destructive and destructive testing methods. Mr. Mohammed’s experience includes inspection and rehabilitation of structural bridge elements of Detroit People Mover. His recent experience includes drone inspections of multi-storied office buildings and repair designs for facade restoration. Also, his experience includes the inspection of several pedestrian bridges for Oakland County Parks. He holds a master’s degree in civil engineering with his major focused in structural. He is currently the Assistant Project Engineer for the Infrastructure Engineering Group.
