Mr. Lutz has more than two decades of experience assembling and managing design teams on multi-million-dollar construction projects related to site civil, infrastructure improvement, and environmental construction. He is experienced in managing all phases of a project from cost estimating through planning, design, permitting, construction administration, and project closeout. Mr. Lutz has expertise performing a variety of engineering analyses and evaluations related to hydrology, including storm water runoff estimation, conveyance systems, detention ponds, “green” infrastructure, lift station/ forcemain design, and other site civil utilities, infrastructure and environmental projects. He has personally developed and managed the completion of design and construction drawings and technical specifications related to these projects his entire career.
