Kelly Seidel brings a wealth of expertise in human resources, specializing in talent acquisition strategy, employee relations, compensation, employment law, compliance, benefits management, and workforce planning. As the leader of our Employee Experience division, Kelly is dedicated to fostering a high-performing culture and an engaged workforce.

With industry experience spanning retail, manufacturing, and environmental sectors, Kelly has worked with a diverse range of organizations, from global enterprises with union labor relations to small private businesses. Her skills in action planning and collaboration with leadership, executive teams, and operations ensures alignment between organizational goals and employee satisfaction.

Kelly earned her bachelor’s degree in Education from Wayne State University and is an active participant in the ASE (American Society of Employers) and AEC HR communities, where she continues to contribute her expertise and build meaningful connections.
