Rhiana leads a team of engineers, meteorologists, and scientists that comprise NTH’s permitting and compliance department and serves on the Board of Directors for the local Michigan chapter of Air & Waste Management Association. Ms. Dornbos’ 13 years of environmental health and safety experience includes development of various air and water quality compliance evaluations considering local regulations and health standards, working with U.S. EPA and Michigan Department of Environment, Great Lakes, and Energy (EGLE). Ms. Dornbos has assisted numerous clients in navigating Clean Air Act compliance, greenhouse gas and air quality emissions reporting, federal requirements, air quality monitoring, water sampling, and stack testing. Ms. Dornbos has extensive experience in state and federal regulations governing renewable energy, manufacturing, coating facilities, municipalities, utilities, waste-to-energy, and higher education facilities.
